U.D. A survey of the finished grade at 619 Castle Ridge Court was conducted by me on January 25, 1998. The survey was performed by holding the most northerly property corner (top of chiseled X in sidewalk) as the Benchmark with an elevation of 76.3' . The grade slopes gradually from the front of the garage (1.5%) and from the back of walk (2.7%) meeting at a low point in the driveway and then slopes across the driveway (2.5%) southerly to the top of a drainage swale located on Tract D of said subdivision. The flow then drops down into the swale (14%) and then flows southerly in Tract D. The grade going from the back of house possess a slope of 0 to 16 % towards the rear of the lot. The ground slopes awav from the northerly side of the house (0 to 18916) into the flowline of a drainage swale that also receives flow from Lot 8 of said subdivision. The swale flows Southerly to the rear of Lot 9. The house posses a finished floor elevation of 77.55'. I Brian J.
