Dear Kate:
I have surveyed the as -built storm drainage facilities on Phase One of
the Village at Southridge. The pipes, manhole, catch basin, flared end sections
and rip rap are all installed in substantial compliance with the approved plan,
as indicated in red on the attached prints.
The drain swale on the golf course has been graded and straw bale barriers
have been installed. Also the swale along the rear of lots 43 through 47 has
been graded and straw bale barriers are in place.
A 2 foot wide concrete pan has been constructed which runs from east to
west behind lots 31 through 34 and then on west to Lemay,, Straw bale barriers
have been placed along this pan. This pan picks up runoff from the rear half
of lots 31 through 34 of Phase One,
through 30 of Phase Two. This pan
would have drained to the north gut
