I have surveyed the as —built elevations of the floor and lowest opening
(top of window well) of the residence constructed at 5612 Wingfoot Drive, which
is Lot 58 of The Village at Southridge P.U.D.
The surveyed floor elevation is 36.45, and the plan floor elevation is
36.0. The surveyed lowest opening is 35.1, and the plan lowest opening is
34.5.
