Re: Lot 53 VMage_at_Southridge, 5642 Wingfoot Drive
The floor elevation of 4923.70 and the lowest opening of 4922.40 are more than 1 foot
above the highest 100-year high water line in the swale along the east side of Lot 53.
The existing flow line elevations of the swale at the north edge of the lot is 4920.8, and at
the south edge of the lot it is 4918.90. The 100-year flow in this swale is 3.9 c.£ s. at a depth of
0.4 feet (per the drainage report). This 0.4 foot depth makes the maximum 100-year high water
Fine elevation 4921.20 at the north edge and 4919.30 at the south edge of the lot. Both of these
high water lime elevations are more than 1 foot below the lowest opening of 4922.4.
