development have been notified of the necessity to provide positive surface drainage to the

This letter serves to infolJil you of the necessity to provide positive sutface drainage to
the existing Detention Pond 370 (See attached plan). Stormwater runoff from five (5)
adjacent lots to the north (Lots' 17- 21, See plan) are conveyed to the east comer of your lot
(Lot 16). Please ensure that the area identified on the enclosed plan is higher than the east
comer of your lot so that water does not pond on your property. Thank you.
