Project Number: sec; 961 o.oo Dear Basil: NORTHERN ENGINEERING SERVICES INC We have completed our review of the as-bu ilt grading for the above referenced lot. According to the Development Agreement for Stetson Creek P.U.D. First Filing, Lots 5 through 16, 21 through 23 and 28 through 30 require certification from a licensed professional engineer that the lowest opening to the house is a minimum of one (1) foot above the maximum water surface elevation in McClellands Drainageway. The most recent HEC-2 model for McClellands Drainageway was obtained from RBD, Inc. on March 20, 1996. The calculated water surface elevations from this model wi ll be used as the basis for determining compliance with the criteria set forth in the development agreement. Lot 28 is adjacent to the McClellands Drainageway. Based on field survey information, shown on the enclosed plan, finished grades and minimum opening elevations are well above the calculated water surface elevation of 4928.10 in McClellands Drainageway. To the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, the finished grading on Lot 28 is in substantial compliance with the design intent of the approved construction drawings and with the development agreement.
