This letter is to serve as notice that CDS Engineerin_g:. C9rp. has
established elevations of the finish lot grades at the window
wells of the above named residence and are as follows:
on the East side 5041.61
on the West side 5047.67
'According to the Grading and Drainage Plan as prepared by Stewart
and Associates the High Water Line of the detention pond adjacent
to the above mentioned lot is 5044.
These elevations were established during a field survey, and are
based upon a City of Fort Collins Black Bolt Elevation located at
the Southwest corner of Manhattan and Wabash St. elevation=
5057.20
