We have iueasutcd the relative clc..,·ation3 at the nbovc referenced .1ddress. During the investigation,
we measured ele..,·ations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the drainage swales on
either side of the lot.
Our representative noted that the grade breaks for the s,vales were slightly lower than required cm
the 1nastcr grading plan however, the swales on either side of the lot had continuous fall to the
sidc"·alk nnd to the overflow swale north of the subject lot at the time of our investigation. Our
representative also noted that the top of foundation elevation was approximately four-tenths (0.4')
of a foot lower than indicated on the master grading plan. The residence east of the subject lot (Lot
19) was under construction at the time of our investigation. The residence west of the subject lot
(Lot 17) wns also under construction at the time of our investigation. Based on our observations, and
the informo.tion available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured. are in substantial
conformnnce with the FHA grading plan completed by Northern Engineering Services., Job No.
9517.00, dated Pecember 20, 1996.
Furthermore, itis our opinion that the subject lot, ~s er.Rdecl, ~hould not interfere with off.~ite flows,
nor cause nmoffto flow into another resi.,:IP..nce unle~~ the era.des are changed or barriers are created
such as; fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or :my i.Rnnscapit1g which may change the
established flo\v patterns by diverting or slowing ninoff flow.
