This letter serves as grading certification for the above referenced address. Items
included with this certification are as follows:
• Grading
• Lot Comers
• Top of foundation
• Rear lot swale
• Lowest opening
The surveyed elevations are shown on the attached drawing with the as built condition
circled. The lot grading conforms to the approved plan. The top of the foundation wall is
at elevation 5094.57 and the approved elevation is 5094.50. The lowest opening is 2 ft.
above the flow line of the rear lot swale with a 100 year flow depth of 1.16 ft.
