A survey of the fintshed grade at 5313Ifighcasde Court was conducted by me on May 11, 1996.
The survey was performed by holding the 5' offset to the northwest property corner (top of brass shiner in sidewalk) as the
Benchmark with on elevation of 78.0' . The grade slopes gradually from the front of the house to the back of walk (5% slope
from northeast house corner & 10% slope from southeast garage corner). There is adequate slope away from the north side of
the house (grades matching site plan & final grading plan) and the south side of the garage (grades matching site plan) for
drainage away from the house. The ground at the rear of the lot still possess a 2%slope from the northwest lot corner to the
southwest lot corner and the ground slopes from the northwest and southwest house corners towards the west side and southwest

In summary the final grading plan and the approved site plans were adhered to.
