RE: Lot 62, The Overlook at Woodridge P.U.D. Third Filing (1944

Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the previously
mentioned address. During the investigation, we measured elevation
at the corners, top of foundation, and the center line of the Swale
to the northwest of the lot. The difference between the highest
point, on the back of walk and top of foundation is 2.45 and is
considered to be in substantial conformance with the FHA grading
plan completed by RBD, Inc., Job go. 434-008, dated October, 1992.
The ewale to the northwest of the lot.has a slope of 3.12_ and is
considered to be in substantial conformance with the grading plan
by RBD, Inc.. The Swale did not have a pan installed as shown in
the grading plan.
