Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Storrnwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address
dated 1/04/00. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice
and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Corner lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets
the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility
Plans for Mountain Ridge Farms P.U.D., First Filing, Ft. Collins, CO; by Intermill Land
Surveying, Inc.~ Project No. P-93-2293; City of Fort Collins approval date 7/19/96. AJso in
conformance with the site specific grading plan prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation,
Project No. 1543-09-99.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a: part. AJso attached is a copy of the grading plan
prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. Field shots, which . were obtained by Shear
Engineering Corporation, are noted on the drainage plan. This is for reference onJy.
