Dear Mr.Shepaxdson:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above teferenced address. During the investlgation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of foundatiol\ and the d~alnage swale which
begins 1n the viclnit)' of the southwest portion of the beck yard and flows down either side of the lot.
Our representative noted that the grade break at the southwest portion of the back yard wu higher
than required on the muter grading plan and the swales on either side of the lot had contlnUOU$ fil11
to the sidewalk at .the tim; of our in\'e$tigation. The residence to the south of the subject lot (Lot 75)
had not established landscaping at the time 0£ our investigation. The lot north of the subject lot (Lot
71) was unoccupied at the time of our investigation. Based on our observations, amd. the jnfmmation
available to this office, lt ls our opinion that these elevations u measured are In substantial
oonformance with the master gradin&: plan by RBD Inc. (Job number: 678-003, dated May 1996)
Furthermore, it ii our opinlo~ that the subject lot. as graded, wlU not interfere with offsite f'Jows, nc,r
cause runoff to flow Into another residence unless the aradesaie changed or barriers are cre.ated sucll
as; fe.nces, garden teuacin& sidewallcs and/or any landscaping which m.ay change the established
t1ow patterns by diverting or slowi.Ag runoff flow.
