This letter is to certify an "As Built" survey for 3413 Pearstone Place, Lot 29, Stone
Ridge P.U.D., 3n:1 Filing, was made under my supervision.
-Original top of foundation =5119.10 -As Built top of foundation =5119.07
-As Built house finish floor =5120.05
All lot grades are positive and greater than 2%. Foundation is at least 8" above
ground. Driveway slope is 8%. Grading is substantially the same as "Final Grading
