This is to certify that on the 8th day of December, AD., 1995, a survey was made, unde
my supervision, of 1624 and 1630 Northbrook Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado, which are
Lots 25 and 26, Northbrook Patio Homes, P.U.D., City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, and the two one-story brick patio homes were found to be
entirely within the boundary lines as shown on this plat. The locations and dimensions o
all buildings, improvements, easements, and rights-of-way in evidence or known to me
and encroachments by or on the premises are accurately shown.
