Good Morning Wes,
Regarding your list for Tricia below, I am responding to her comments to me.
#2 as we discussed was installed per owners request without consulting the engineer. The storm drains and related
green houses were not part of this project. At the owners request, we installed a swale to capture the water from the
field and get it to pond 2. Along with that we added a culvert to allow field access, also per owner request and without
consulting the engineer. The green houses and related drainage will be installed in the future, once final site
—configuratio n_is completed_and_projects_are_under.construction. The swale and culvert will be removed with these future
projects.
Numbers 3 and 4 photos were forwarded to you last Friday.
As noted in her email, Tricia should have gotten her documentation to you last night.

Hi Tricia,
I walked the site yesterday and most everything looks good. I have a couple items we need to document in the
certification.
1
1. Please provide pond stage -storage curves to verify quantity and WQ volumes for all the detention ponds.
2. Please document the temporary swale and culvert and how it will be removed when phase 2 is constructed. .
3. Please provide pictures of the underground LID system that was taken during construction.
4. Please document that the all riprap needs to be buried. The riprap located in the northwest forbay is not
currently buried. This needs to be completed in the spring. I'm checking to see if we can include this with Jesse's
erosion escrow.
I know the owner wants their CO next week, so the sooner the better. Please let me know if you need anything.
