Dear Glen:
December 17, 1993
This letter is to certify the drainage improvements around Lot 3 of Phase 2 to allow issuance
of Certificate of Occupancy. Drainage infiastrocture along the north side of Lot 3 includes
an inlet in Southridge Blvd., a stomt sewer to Fossil Creek, and an overflow Swale above
the storm sewer. The inlet and storm sewer have been installed and the overflow swale has
been graded. The elevation of the foundation is approximately 2.0 feet above the swale as
it passes along the foundation. It is my opinion that the drainage, as it pertains to Lot 3, is
Installed as designed.
