As we discussed this project is unique in that we took the existing home down to the foundation. The new home was then constructed onto the existing foundation with a few additions matching the original Top of Wall. There were no drainage or grading plans as the lot was fully landscaped at the time we removed the structure and the existing interior and perimeter drainage patterns have been maintained and not altered. Please let me know if there is anything else required to receive final approvals for this project.
