We have surveyed the as -built grades of the building floors, lowest openings and tot comers..
These grades are shown in red on the attached plot plan and also on the attached copy of the
approved grading plan.
The swale which drains from south to north across the rear of the lot is in place. This swale
drains to the existing detention pond located at the northeast coiner of Lot 59.
The lowest openings on the residence are a minimum of two feet above the high water line of
the detention pond.
The lot grading is in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan.
