Spot elevations were checked at pertinent locations and compared to the grading plan. The enclosed drawing shows these as -built elevations. In general, the lot and building meet the requirements of the grading and drainage plan and there is positive drainage away from the building on all sides. The intended drainage pattems are met by the grading on this lot: the north part of the building drains north to the parking lot and the south part of the building drains south toward the sidewalk, which serves as the main conveyance channel between the buildings. The finished floor elevation varies from 5015.3 to 5015.7, which is identical to the proposed grading plan. The.spot elevations show positive drainage away from the building; with a minimum slope away from the house of 3% (0.6 feet over 20 feet). It is my recommendation that the Certificate of Occupancy for Building B of Lot 1 be released since the Contractor graded the lot to meet design drainage patterns.
