Dear Mr. Schlueter,
On March 19, 1996 I checked the installation and construction of parking lot improvements and
drainage facilities for the Fazoli's site at Arbor Plaza, Ft. Collins, CO. A site survey of the curb
and gutter elevations was done on March 13, 1996 by Intermill Land Surveying, Inc. of which a
copy is enclosed. The location of the elevations are shown on the enclosed plan.
The facilities are constricted in substantial conformance with the approved plan except for the
Type "R" inlet. In lieu of the Type "R" inlet, a 4' manhole with a 2' eatch basin grate was
constructed as shown on this plan.
