RE: Pizza Hut at Arbor Plaza
Dear Glen:
We have surveyed the as —constructed elevations of the building floor, pavement
and curbs at the Pizza Hut site at Arbor Plaza.
The only place the elevation of the pavement was substantially changed from
that shown on the construction plans is at the drive —up window. The pavement
was raised about 0.6 feet adjacent to the drive —up window, but this in no
way causes any drainage problems or any potential flooding.
I have shown the as —constructed elevations in red on the attached print.
