RE: Drainage Certification for Building"s D, E, F and G at
Save*Mor Self Storage P.U.D.
Dear Glenn:
This letter is to inform you that a drainage inspection and
as -built survey information has been completed for the above
referenced buildings at Save*Mor Self Storage. All drainage
conforms .to the original concept with storm flows collecting to
central low -points at inverted crowns and concentrating to outfall
points at the Coy Ditch. The following items were details that
deviated from the original design:1
1. The outfall north of the drive at building F and Building
D is only a 3 foot curb opening vs the 12' opening as
designed.
2. The riprap protection at this area needs to be cleaned
and completed to grades that will serve as long term
protection for the Coy Ditch.
3. The outfall area and pavement north of Building F was not
built to design, however riprap protection is in place as
per design. The curb opening was built at 26 feet vs 12
feet as designed. The owner is currently calculating the
effect of this construction problem and will be working
with the Coy Ditch Company on a solution. The deviation
from plans does not affect drainage from the project to
the Coy Ditch.
4. Field elevations as reflected on the enclosed as -built in
this area vary from 0.80 to 0.50 feet below elevations as
originally designed for the project. This is due to an
error in the vertical datum and has no affect on the
overall drainage concept.

Items 1 and 2 will require additional work by the contractor
and will be completed by March 31, 1995, according to Darrell
Knudson, owner of Save*Mor Self Storage.
Please release the Certificate of Occupancy for these units.
