Certification of Lot Grading dated 4/1/2015. has been received for the above referenced property.
This certification shows that the elevations and drainage patterns are in conformance with the
City -approved drainage plan and has been accepted; however, upon City inspection on 4/8/2015,
the following concerns were noted:
There is a window well at the rear of 643 Cowan that is not shown on the survey, which
is set below adjacent grade and may receive flows from the surrounding area (see
attached picture).
2. Overall, the grading is flatter than shown in the approved grading plan.
The above concerns will ultimately affect the functionality of the drainage pattern designed for
this property and could potentially have undesirable effects if not remedied.
This notice will be filed along with the accepted certification. Please contact us if you would
like to address these concerns or update the accepted certification in any way.
