Dear Basil,
This letter serves as final grading and drainage certification for the above referenced site
according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit
Notice for this address, dated 04/09/97. This includes drainage facilities and swales. All final
grading has been completed and all swales, including the swales along the sideyards of the
residence, and rear lot grading, function properly and meet the general intent of the original
subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Lory Ann
Estates by Stewart and Associates; Stewart Project No: 1751; Date of Utility plan approval by
Director of Engineering: 02/16/95.
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion
of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which
this site is a part. This is for reference only.
