We have surveyed the "As Built" grading of the lot and the elevations of the floors and
lowest openings of the tri-plex residential building.
The lot grading and drainage patterns are in compliance with the approved grading plan.
The side lot swales have a fairly flat grade, but this was necessary to match the yard grades of the
existing residences on the north and south sides of the site.
The building floors and lowest openings at the window wells are more than 1 foot above
the adjacent swale grades.
The "As Built" grades are shown on the attached plot plan. Also attached is a copy of the
approved grading plan.
