RE: "As Built" grading on Lots 20 and 21_ory Ann -Estates:
On March 27, 1997 we shot spot elevations on the parking lot and some on the existing
detention pond. The elevations are as shown on the "As Built" plan included with this letter.
The elevations are all higher than on the original design. This will not create any problems.
The asphalt parking has a swale in the middle to allow the 100-year overtopping from Tierra
Lane to pass through. The elevations in the pond are as designed.
