Please find enclosed the "As Built" red lined grading survey of Lot 18, Lory Ann
Estates, Fort Collins, Colorado. The grading has been completed in substantial
compliance with the approved grading plan dated Nov. 4, 1994. The main finish floor is
at elevation 5123.74 and the high water line elevation of the detention pond at the South
side of the lot is 5117.9. The existing four-plexes on Lots 17 and 19 have been
completed and there are no drainage conflicts from or on Lot 18.
