Dear Basil, On the 8th day of September we surveyed the existing elevations on Lot 15; L_ ory Ann, Estate's .Fort Collins Colorado and found the elevations to be as shown on the "As Built" drawing included herewith. The elevations do not all match the designed elevations but the drainage as built functions well to have positive drainage away from the buildings and direct flow to the drain swale located on the South side of Lot 15.
