On July 11, 1997, we shot spot elevations on Lots 13 and 14; LoryAnn E ates Fort Collins,
Larimer County, Colorado. These shots are as shown on the included redline print. The parking
lot and finished top of foundations are close to design elevations and runoff is to the existing drain
swales on the West and South side of the buildings.
