Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Basil, Please find enclosed the "As Built" survey of the grading on Lot 12,/Lory_Ann Estates. The grading was done generally the same as the approved grading plan. The concrete driveway in the front of the building drains Westerly from Tierra Lane and Easterly from the building and then Southerly across the parking area of Lot 13 to the detention pond rather than out to Tierra Lane. A swale along the South side of the building also was graded to prevent runoff to drain directly onto the North side of the building on Lot 13. The "As Built" grading of the lot will not have any adverse effect on the building on Lot 12 or on Lot 13. If you have any questions regarding this "As Built" survey, please call.
