Dear Glen,
On August 23rd we surveyed the finished grading on Lot 1; Lory Ann Estates=and found the
drainage is basically the same as designed for the revised drainage plan for this lot. This drainage
plan was designed on the original drainage plan for Lory Ann Estates and revised for the
Appaloosa Condo for Lots 1 through 4 and Lot 7. The revised plan was submitted to your office.
Runoff from this lot is West to East to a concrete swale, then south to Lot 2. The spot elevations
are shown on the "As Built" Drainage Plan included with this letter.
