This letter serves as final certification, for the above referencedaddress, according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the. Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this
address, dated 12%21%99. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building
Permit Notice and are as follows:
o Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
Property lot corner elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation
All final grading, including the svrales along the sideyards of the residence, and rear lot grading
is complete. All drainage facilities are functioning properly and meet the intent of the original
subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Fairway Seven
Estates at Southridgg Greens P.U.D. by Shear Engineering Corporation; Shear Engineering
Corporation Project No: 1137-01-88; Date of Utility plan approval by the City Engineer:
10/25/89. Also according to the final grading plan prepared specifically for this site by Shear
Engineering Corporation; plan dated June, 1999.
