SUBJECT: GRADING CERTMCATION: -CARRIAGE HOUSE AT
626 W. OAK ST., FORT COLLINS, CO
This letter will serve as the grading certification for the new carriage house and studio at
the rear of 626 W. Oak Street. The survey was done on March 6, and used the City of
Fort Collins BM # 28-97 at the corner of Mulberry and Loomis, elevation 5005.58' amsl.
The attached map indicates the final flow directions for storm water.
The top of foundation elevation for the carriage house is 5005.4'
The finish floor of the living space for the carriage house is 5005.08'
The finish garage floor elevation at the doors is 5004.93
Lot grades are as shown on the attached site plan.
I hereby certify that the foundation for this building is in conformance with the plans, and
the grades on the lot will adequately drain the site without flooding the buildings. See the
attached site plan.
