Subject: Physical Properties Testing
No. 2 Stone
Project No. 15-1004
Dear Rick:
This letter presents results of physical properties testing performed on material picked up at your facility
in December. 2014. Representative samples delivered were identified as No. 2 Stone from the Pit 6 Quarry
in Idaho Sprigs, Colorado. Testing was performed to determine the materials compliance with ASTM
and AASHTO specifications. The followmg testing was performed in general conformance with the
applicable standards.
1 Sieve Analysis (Gradation) — ASTM C 136 (AASHTO T 27)
2 Material Finer ThanNo. 200 Sieve by Washing — ASTM C 117 (AASHTO T 11)
3 Sppecific Gravity & Absorption of Coarse Aggregate — ASTM C 127 (AASHTO T 85)
4 C1a Lumps & Friable Particles in Aggregate — ASTM C 142 (AASHTO T 112)
5 Lightweight Particles 2.0 in Aggregate — ASTM C 123 (AASHTO T 113)
6 Lightweight Particles 2.4 in Aggregate — ASTM C 123 (AASHTO T 113
7 Sodium Sulfate Soundness — ASTM C 88 (AASHTO T 104)
8 Magnesium Sulfate Soundness — ASTM C 88 (AASHTO T 104)
9 Rodded Unit Weight & Voids — ASTM C 29 (AASHTO T 19)
10 Loose Unit Weight & Voids — ASTM C 29 (AASHTO T 19)
11 Los Angeles Abrasion — ASTM C 131 (AASHTO T 96)
12 Fractured Faces — ASTM D 5821
13 Flat and/or Elongated Particles — ASTM D 4791
A summary of the aggregate test results is attached, followed by the complete test results. Based on the
test results, the material tested meets the required specifications for No. 2 Stone.
Respectfully submitted,

Subject: Physical Properties Testing
No. 89 Stone
Project No. 15-1004
Dear Rick:
This letter presents results of physical properties testing performed on material picked up at your facility
in December, 2014. Representative samples delivered were identified as No. 89 Stone from the Pit 6
Quarry in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Testing was performed to determine the materials compliance with
ASTM and AASHTO specifications. The following testing was performed in general conformance with
the applicable standards.
1 Sieve Analysis (Gradation) — ASTM C 136 (AASHTO T 27)
2 Material Finer Than No. 200 Sieve by Washing — ASTM C 117 (AASHTO T 11)
3 S ecific Gravity & Absorption of Coarse Aggregate — ASTM C 127 (AASHTO T 85)
4 Cay Lumps &Friable Particles in Aggregate — ASTM C 142 (AAS TO T 112)
5 Lightweight Particles 2.0 in Aggregate —ASTM C 123 (AASHTO T 113)
6 Lightweight Particles 2.4 in Aggregate — ASTM C 123 (AASHTO T 113)
7 Sodium Sulfate Soundness — ASTM C 88 (AASHTO T 104)
8 Magnesium Sulfate Soundness — ASTM C 88 (AASHTO T 104)
9 Rodded Unit Weight & Voids — ASTM C 29 (AASHTO T 19)
10 Loose Unit Weight & Voids—ASTM C 29 (AASHTO T 19)
11 Los Angeles Abrasion — ASTM C 131 (AASHTO T 96)
12 Fractured Faces — ASTM D 5821
13 Flat and/or Elongated Particles — ASTM D 4791
14 Moisture Content — ASTM D 2216
A summary of the aggregate test results is attached, followed by the complete test results. Based on the
test results, the material tested meets the required specifications for No. 89 Stone.
Respectfully submitted, PpO.LIt

Re: Potential Alkali Reactivity of Aggregates
ASTM C 1260, Mortar -Bar Method
Terracon Project No. 24136313
Terracon Report No. 24136313.0014
Please find tabulated below the results of the mortar bar tests performed in general
accordance with ASTM C 1260, ASTM C 490 and with ASTM C 305, The molds were
prepared using TFE-fluorocarbon (Teflon) as a mold release agent. In general
accordance with ASTM C 1260, the mortar was prepared at a w/c ratio of 0.47.
The cement is Type 1-II manufactured by Holcim. The aggregate is Class 67 from is from
Granite Canyon Quarry, Granite Canyon, Wyoming. The aggregates were delivered to
Terracon on July 2, 2013. The results of the tests are tabulated below:
Age (after initial reading) % Expansion
3-days 0,010
7-days 0.025
11-days 0.055
14-days 0.087
The samples were conditioned for two (2) days prior to the initial reading, making the
total length of the test 16 days from the time of casting. In accordance with ASTM C
1260, expansions below 0.10% are indicative of innocuous behavior. Please call if you
have any questions or need additional information.

SKAPS GT-160
Nonwoven Geotextile
SKAPS GT-160 is a needle -punched nonwoven geotextile made of 100% polypropylene staple fibers, which are
formed into a random network for dimensional stability. SKAPS GT-160 resists ultraviolet deterioration, rotting,
biological degradation, naturally encountered basics and acids. Polypropylene is stable within a pH range of 2 to
13. SKAPS GT-160 conforms to the physical property values listed below:

Attention: Mr. Rick Foster
Subject: Physical Properties Testing (ASTM)
No. 3 stone, Pit 6
Project No. CT15865.000-400
Dear Mr. Foster:
This report presents results of physical properties testing performed on material
delivered to our laboratory in December, 2014. Representative samples delivered were
identified as No. 3 stone from Pit 6. Testing was performed to determine the materials
compliance with ASTM specifications. The following testing was performed in general
conformance with the applicable standards.
1) Sieve Analysis (Gradation)
2) Material Finer Than No. 200 Sieve by Washing
3 Specific Gravity & Absorption
4 Clay Lumps & Friable Particles
5) Lightweight Particles 2.0
6) Lightweight Particles 2.4
7) Sodium Sulfate Soundness
8) Magnesium Sulfate Soundness
9) Rodded Unit Weight & Voids
10) Loose Unit Weight & Voids
11) Los Angeles Abrasion
12) Fractured Faces
13) Flat and Elongated Particles
A summary of the aggregate test results is attached, followed by the complete test
results. Based on the test results, the material tested meets the ASTM specifications for
coarse aggregate. If you have any questions regarding this report, please call.
