This is regarding the revised Detention Pond 'B" in Lindimer
Colorado.

Mr. and Mrs. Rick Perkins, who own Lot 9, would like to fence their rear yard. Their
common property line with Lot 8 is along the centerline of the concrete drainage pan that drains
to Pond 'B". There are approximately 260 square feet of Pond 'B" that are in Lot 8. In order to
not have the proposed fence bisecting Pond "B", it is proposed to fill in the small detention area in
Lot 8 and place the fence along the Northerly side of the concrete pan. An equal volume of
detention that is lost in Lot 8 will be created in Lot 9, so that there will be no reduction of
available detention volume.
The transferred detention area from Lot 8 to Lot 9 will not cause any adverse effect to the
drainage facilities for Lindimer Subdivision. There will be the advantage of having the entire
detention pond in one lot rather than two.
There also will be an advantage to the lot owners to be able to have a fenced yard for
children and pets.
If you have any questions regarding this proposal, please call. After you have reviewed
the revised plan, Mr. Perkins can record the added drainage easement.
