Dear Basil:
This is to certify that on the 16th day of September, A.D. 1994, an "As
Built" survey was made under my supervision, of the detention ponds and drainage
facilities in Lindimer Subdivision. The "As Built" elevations are shown on
the enclosed copy of the Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan. The ponds,
concrete pans and outlet pipe structures were built in substantial compliance
with the Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan and the City of Fort Collins
Specification.
On July 18, 1994, the Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan was revised
to raise the detention ponds and outlet pipes due to the high water line of
the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal. The revision was not initialed at that .
time, but the improvements have been completed. I have made the mylar of Sheet
5 of 6 Sheets an "As Built" plan.
The houses on Lots 1, 4, 5 and 15 have been constructed, and their "As
Built" finish floors are shown on the revised Sheet 5.
