Re: Drainage Certification: Building A, B, C, and R Save*Mor Self
Storage.
Dear Glenn:
This letter is to inform you that a drainage inspection and
as -built survey has been completed for the above referenced
buildings at Save*Mor Self Storage. All drainage conforms to the
original concept with storm flows collecting to a central low point
of inverted crowns and flowing to outfall points along the Coy
Ditch.
The enclosed as -built drawing reflects field elevations that
are approx. 0.80' lower than the elevations as designed for the
project. This is due to an error in the vertical datum, and has no
effect on the overall drainage concept for the project. All
improvements for the above referenced buildings are completed with
the exception of a 30' section of curb and gutter immediately west
of Building R and completion of final riprap outfalls at both
spillways to the Coy Ditch. These improvements will be completed
by Friday, August 12, according to Dick Ummell; Save*Mor
Construction Superintendent.
Please release the Certificate of Occupancy for these units.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please
do not hesitate to call.
