Certification of Drainage
Dear Mr. Schluetter:
Based upon an as -built survey of the recently
constructed Spring Creek Country Day School, parking lot
grades and first floor elevations were constructed within
substantial compliance of the grades indicated on the design
plans.
Spot checks of elevations in the parking lot area
indicated that the maximum difference in as -built and design
grades along the concrete pan was .09 feet (111). This
difference should not affect drainage in the parking lot
area.
The as -built first floor elevation is 4980.91 feet,
approximately .03 feet higher than the design elevation.
