Dear Basil:
This is to certify that an "As Built" Survey of the drainage facilities was made under my
supervision of R nmggton_Street-Apartments, which are on Lots 6, 7 and the South 30 feet of Lot
3, Block 5, Crafts Re -Subdivision of Lake Park Addition.
Both buildings' floor elevations were raised approximately 0.50 feet by the owner, and
consequently the parking area and detention pond elevations were changed also. The enclosed
red -lined grading plan shows the "As Built" elevations and conditions.
I required the owner to place the runoff from the down spouts on the North side of the
North building in an underground 4 inch diameter P.V.C. pipe that discharges into the parking lot.
I also required the owner to construct a four inch hump across the North driveway to preclude
any spilling below the required high water line.
The 3 inch diameter outlet pipe has been completed, and the two foot wide concrete pan
and asphalted alley have also been completed.
The required volume of detention is existing in the detention pond.
