Dear Jay,
Please find enclosed the redlined "AS BUILT" survey of the grading for Lots 4 and 5 at Larks
Nest P.D.P.
The grading is in substantial compliance with the flow directions of the approved grading plan
approved by Storm Water Utility on May loth, 2001. The finished floor of the residences is 5073.6. The
garage floors of the residences are 72.2 for Lot 4 and 72.0 for Lot 5.
The drainage swales between the buildings and on the North side of Lot 4 have slopes between
1.8% and 2.5%, which is fine. The two 2' sidewalk chases on Starflower Drive are in place. The Area
Inlet and 10' Curb Inlet are also in place. Any deviation from planned grades does not prevent them from
working properly, however, the contractor has been instructed to clean them out before job completion to
prevent clogging.
