RE: Drainage Certification for Culvers of Fort Collins Restaurant
Dear Mr. Barber:
The purpose of this letter is to affirm that the general intent of the grading and drainage plans
completed by Stantec Consulting Ltd. and dated August 18, 2005 were followed and no adverse
drainage conditions currently exist on the subject site due to the completed improvements.
The Culvers of Fort Collins is located at the intersection of Lemay and Pennock and accounts
for approximately 0.86 acres. The subject site previously consisted of an existing Schotzky's
building, asphalt paving, sidewalk and landscaping. A new addition has been added to the
existing building and the drive thru lane has been altered.
The entire site drains to a pond located north of the site. A portion west of the proposed Culvers
building flows directly north and into the existing pond. The rest of the site flows east were it is
picked up by an existing inlet and piped north to the existing -pond.
Stantec Consulting Ltd. performed a topographic survey of improvements to the site on May 1 s`
of 2006. The topographic survey affirmed that the general intent of the grading and drainage
plans had been followed. A subsequent site visit was made on May 8`h of 2006 to visually
inspect drainage features and new landscaping. It was determined that the general intent of the
drainage and grading plans was followed and that -landscaping will not interfere with drainage
patterns. Please note that this certification does not include areas that were not improved.
This certification is signed and stamped. By signing this letter, I attest that to the best of my
knowledge, the conditions of the site are as shown on the attached redlined photocopy. Failure
to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification and
prevent the release of any storm water utility holds on the Building Permit or Certificates of
Occupancy.
