is complete, and that the elevations and drainage pattems shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed
from a survey performed on (Date): March 23, 2015 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and
drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

Dear Mr. Mogen:
We have inspected the property at 1208 Peony Way. The grading of the lot is in substantial
conformance with the requirements of the City approved drainage and grading plan. The lot is
however configured as a model home but currently does not have the additional walk and landscape
wall shown on the Commercial Addition plot plan. Elevations along that area are currently per the
original residential plot plan. As is no drainage problem is anticipated.
