College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80537 RE: Grading Certification Supplemental Information Lot 1, Lakeview Subdivision 1208 Peony Way Dear Mr. Mogen: We have inspected the property at 1208 Peony Way. The grading of the lot is in substantial conformance with the requirements of the City approved drainage and grading plan. The lot is however configured as a model home but currently does not have the additional walk and landscape wall shown on the Commercial Addition plot plan.
