Dear Basta:
Please find endosed the folks infomtation relating to the Wooded Creek Court and South Shields
Street intersection for the Chelsea Ridge Subdivision:
1. Field Notes (Intetmill Land Surveying)
2. "As Built" Plans
3. Original Erosion Control Estimate (December 28, 1992)
It is my opinion, based on the survey information provided by Intetmill Land Surveying and my field
observations of December 15, 1995, that the improvements constructed are in substantial
conformance to the plans approved by the City of Fort Collins. Therefore, based on acceptance of
this certification, we request that the City of Fort Collins:
1. Complete final inspection and formally accept improvements for maintenance.
2. Release any escrow funds relating to this project.

Erosion Control Estimate
Dear Cathy:
Here are the cost estimates for the erosion control improvement alternatives
for the Laurie Subdivision P.U.D. These three alternatives are calculated based on
guidelines established in Section 2.3 of the City of Fort Collins Storm Drainage
Design Criteria.
Alternative "A". Owner's Construction Costs

$ 3,000.00

Landscape Bid)
Disturbed Area (1.38 Acres = 60,112.8 square feet)

Alternative "C". Minimum Costs
A minimum of $ 1,000.00 has been established for erosion control security
amounts.
Based on this analysis, Alternative "A" should be used to establish the cost
for erosion control rehabilitation. $ 3,000.00 should be provided as the erosion
control security amount.
