Dear Jay,
Please find enclosed a copy of the "As Built" survey of the grading on 1206 Wooded
Creek Court which is Lot 7, Laurie Subdivision P.U.D., Fort Collins, Colorado (Also known as
Chelsea Ridge).
The grading plan for this subdivision has very little detail so I cannot certify that it is in
compliance with the grading plan.
The lot slopes steeply from North to South. The grading of the lot is away from the house
and does not appear to have any drainage problems.
