On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for Bldg. H in the Landings Bay project.
Northern Engineering has reviewed the as -built elevations, related to the buildings noted above.
Unit H was constructed with a finish floor elevation of 39.69 for the main level, and a lower level
elevation of 29.75. Attached, for your convenience is an exhibit, indicating the as -built elevations,
(handwritten and/or circled). .
