On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for Building G in the Landings Bay project. Northern Engineering
has reviewed the as -constructed elevations provided by RJL Surveys for the building noted
above: Building G was constructed with a finished floor elevation of 39.53 for the main level,
and'a lower level elevation of 29.61. Although the lower minimum opening elevation is 29.61,
water would have to pond above the protective high point elevation of 32.26 before entering the
building. Attached for your convenience is an exhibit, indicating design elevations and the as -
constructed elevations (handwritten and/or circled).
