Drainage Certification (Buildings E & F)
Dear Mr. Barber:
On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for both Building E and Building F in the Landings Bay project.
Northern Engineering has reviewed the as -constructed elevations provided by RJL Surveys for
the buildings noted above. Building E was constructed with a finished floor elevation of 41.80
for the main level, and a lower level elevation of 32.26, Building F was constructed with a
finished floor elevation of 39.62 for the main level, and 32.24 for the lower level. Attached for
your convenience are two exhibits, one indicating design elevations and the other showing the as -
constructed elevations (handwritten and/or circled). The surveyor's field notes are also included
to further clarify the spot elevations.
