On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for Building D in the Landings Bay project. Northern Engineering
has reviewed the as -constructed elevations provided by RJL Surveys for the building noted
above. Building G was constructed with a finished floor elevation of 45.10 for the main level,
and a lower level elevation of 36.70. Attached for your convenience are two exhibits, one
indicating design elevations and the other showing the as -constructed elevations (handwritten
and/or circled):
