Dear Mr. Barber:
On behalf of our client, Spanjer Construction Corporation, we would like to submit to you a
drainage certification letter for Building C in the Landings Bay project. Northern Engineering has
reviewed the as -constructed elevations provided by RJL Surveys for the building noted above.
Building C was constructed with a finished floor elevation of 45.30 for the main level, and a lower
level elevation of 37.03. Attached, for your convenience is an exhibit, indicating the as -
constructed elevations (handwritten and/or circled).
